OLV Human Services OLV Human Services is a leading provider of mental and behavioral health care with nearly 1,000 employees.

Supported by OLV Charities and numerous donors, we provide care to more than 4,200 individuals in need. OLV Human Services is a non-profit charitable organization located in Lackawanna, N.Y., which provides a wide range of services to children, youth, and families in need. Each year, more than 4,000 children and families of every race, color, and religion receive care from approximately 1,200 full- and part-time staff members.

OLV Human Services recently celebrated the dedication of the new Michael Cottage. It is a completely renovated home that will serve children in our Emergency Foster Care Program.

From new bedrooms and welcoming common areas to a renovated kitchen, dining area, and bathrooms, every detail was designed to create a safe, comfortable and loving home environment for children in our care during a time when they need it most.

Michael Cottage is more than a renovated building. It is a place where children can feel safe, cared for, and supported. It is where they can be surrounded by compassion and hope.

We are grateful to everyone who helped make this special space possible and proud to continue the legacy of service and caring that defines OLV Human Services

Clients at our Martin Road Campus enjoyed a special summer evening thanks to the incredible team at the Lackawanna Police Department!

Officers brought an ice cream truck, popcorn and drinks - and even set up a giant inflatable movie screen and speakers for an outdoor movie night. It was an evening filled with laughter, fun and plenty of community spirit.

A special thank you to Lieutenant Keith Kwiakowski for organizing this wonderful event with our Recreation Department, and the entire Lackawanna Police Department for spending the evening with our OLV Human Services community.
