Applications are now open for the Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program (ECEAP) at Evergreen Forest Elementary for qualifying families with children ages 3 to 5. Managed by Child Care Action Council, ECEAP is a free, high-quality preschool program that provides hands-on learning, early literacy and math, healthy meals, and whole-family support services.
