Hey y'all, it's your friendly social media manager. Just wanted to share some thrilling library updates really quick.

First, and most exciting, is that Summer Reading began with a blast! Thanks to you, participation in this year's Summer Reading programs beat last year's in two days! We still have 8 weeks to go, and we're not planning on slowing down anytime soon.

Board Games have been added to our newly revamped Library of Things Collection, with more on the way. These games, along with everything else in the collection, can be checked out with a valid library card. Check our website for more details on the check out policy and for a full list of available items and games.

If you've been in the library recently, you may have noticed our new Community Puzzle Table. At least a few of you have, as our first puzzle is well in-progress. Next time you stop into the library, check it out and maybe contribute a piece or two, or three... The Community Puzzle Table can be found upstairs near the DVD & Video Game shelf.

Our Children's Librarian and her assistant were invited to the Illinois Valley YMCA this week to discuss our Summer Reading Programs and do a craft with the YMCA Camp Kids, and our Teen & Adult Programmer will be stopping by next week to speak with their Senior group!

That's all from me. Hope you have a great weekend.
Bye.
