Our workouts are designed to done from the safety of your home and with some rotation can offer a full exercise regimen.

Let’s get cooking!

During the month of July we will be asking you, our senior community, to contribute recipes to be compiled into our first ever Charles County Senior Centers cookbook!

June 29-July 3 we are collecting recipes to be included in the "Grilled to Perfection" chapter. This is a time to submit your grilled favorites from appetizers to entrees!

Upon completion, cookbooks will be available via email to anyone who wants one. We also hope to have printed versions to eventually distribute in our centers.
