🚔 As we ring in the New Year tonight, Maryland State Police La Plata Barrack is joining State's Attorney's Office for Charles County in supporting the "Drive Sober" campaign to keep our roads safe.
Impaired driving is deadly — especially on New Year's Eve, one of the most dangerous nights on the road. Did you know that alcohol-impaired crashes spike dramatically during the holidays, with nearly 40% of fatal crashes over Christmas and New Year's involving drunk drivers (NHTSA)?

Don't risk it. Plan a safe ride home!

The State's Attorney's Office is offering a $15 Uber voucher for a safe alternative, while supplies last — redeem it here: https://ccsao.us/drivesober/
