We're proud to honor four members of La Motte Fire & Rescue for their incredible commitment to serving others: Ryan Edge and Mike Olsen mark 5 years of service, while Marion Theisen and Charleen Kilburg celebrate an astonishing 35 years of dedication.

Last month we had a great opportunity to train on trench rescue. Luckily this is not a frequent call for us, but it is a very hazardous call for and poses significant risk to the rescuers. Some of the key points covered, was scene safety, various shoring methods, patient care and removal. The night was a great refresher for some of our more seasoned members and an eye opener for our newest members.
