Tremendous activity prevented posting lately, but I summarize for the concerned faithful. I recently completed an important document in a foreclosure case for an elderly client victimized by mortgage fraud, known in the legal world as a Response to Motion for Summary Judgment. Of course I continue to counsel people seeking advice and assistance weekly at the Markham Courthouse advice desk & web center. Early every morning and later in the evening, I'm also meeting voters in the west and southwest suburbs at train stations, stores & homes. People have been simply incredible. Also at multiple community centers, houses of worship, and sporting events. This by far is the best part of campaign work. Our social and traditional media/outreach campaign continues and embraces all, fully appreciative of any helping hand to spread the message of providing voters of the 4th Sub Circuit a judge with both balanced perspective, and ten plus years of actual judicial experience. Thank you to all, especially those sharing wonderful thoughts and support at religious services today.

Morning everyone. Winter is back. Yesterday we reached out to great folks in Riverside, greeting many heading off to work, and providing more insight on myself if honored as their next choice for Judge of the 4th Sub Circuit. I spent the balance of the morning providing advice to several folks seeking help with legal challenges as part of my duties on behalf of the Legal Aid Society at our local courthouse. Then I traveled to the Daley Center to appear on a matter for a client confronting various housing issues. I hope all got home without to much difficulty during yesterday's winter jolt. It reminded me how much we've avoided the last 2 1/2 months, and gave hope that at least calender spring is but 18 days off. Despite the weather, many activities planned this joyous Saturday, both campaign & otherwise. Here's to an enjoyable day for each and everyone !

Good Morning. Yesterday was very interesting. My Legal Aid Society Fellow & I succeeded in presenting a strong case to provide housing assistance for a client, after initial denial of such opportunity in contravention of both law and good public policy. Great work by my colleague, who did opening & closing argument, while I handled motions in limine & direct exam. Compelling, insightful testimony also by our client. As we await the decision, it's satisfying to reflect on a case like this, where the facts and law came together to demonstrate once more why working in legal aid is important, and can be very rewarding.

Hello to all, thank you again for visiting. Today was an active day on all fronts. First researching and applying the Illinois Safe Homes Act to protect Tenants forced to vacate their home due to imminent attack from an abusive neighbor's dogs, a Pit Bull and a Rottweiler. Followed by additional legal tasks, and some evening voter greeting at the Western Springs train station. Invigorating ! Winter reminding us he is still here. Don't get comfortable outdoors too soon. Also, there are updated pictures and information on our Web site, with more information soon to come. Thanks to everyone, please continue to spread the word throughout Chicago about this campaign, and Election day on March 20th. Again, thank you !

Enjoyed a wonderful event last night with people in Proviso Township, and Friends of State Rep Candidate Chris Welch. This was a great group of committed & concerned citizens. They were highly supportive of my campaign message for Judge on March 20, to bring balanced perspective from a diverse legal background, and tested by a decade actually deciding child protection cases. It is this message that voters deserve to know before their decision on Primary day. Please keep sending it forward to your Facebook,Twitter, Linked in & Email friends & contacts. Thank you !

Spent much of the day going door-to-door. Long day canvassing in the cold. Enjoyed meeting so many!
