City of La Crosse Neighborhood Revitalization Commission The Neighborhood Revitalization Commission is an advisory board to the La Crosse City Council on neighborhood issues. (Municipal Code 2.24)

Acts as an advisory body to the Common Council in implementing the Comprehensive Plan (Neighborhoods and Housing Element), the RENEW Plan, and Specific Neighborhood Plans as well as addressing issues common to all of the City's neighborhoods.
