We are officially back online! Our internet & phone service has been restored at the Job Center! Thank you to our amazing staff & customers, for their patience and flexibility as we worked through this outage. Also to our DET Tech team who facilitated the conversations with our internet service provider to get this issue resolved.

We are happy to report that we have 4 computers available for use, thanks to a wireless router connection. Our internal internet is still down, which means we still have no printing or faxing capabilities. Our front desk phones are internet connected as well so they will not ring, however the calls are redirected to staff. We are very busy trying to help our customers, so if we are not able to answer the calls, please call back and we will do our best to take your calls as time allows. If you have technical issues on the Job Center of Wisconsin website, please call our Job Service Call Center at 888-258-9966. We apologize for this inconvenience and greatly appreciate your patience!

Our internet is still down this morning, but we have a wireless router en-route so we will potentially have a few laptops available for our customers to use today. Hopefully we will have things set up by noon! We will continue to post updates as they come available. In the meantime, if you need to use a computer for job search related activities and/or unemployment claims, our partners at the La Crosse Public Library are available for general assistance until 2:30 this afternoon. You may also call our Job Service Call Center at 888-258-9966. Thank you for your patience!

The La Crosse Job Center is currently experiencing an internet outage, resulting in our computers being down. We do not have a known time frame for resolution. We will update this post when our systems are back online. We apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you.
