Thanks to wonderful retail partners, such as Walmart Onalaska, Walmart La Crosse, , Target, Aldi, and more, the produce shelves are especially full and varied today. If you don’t need a full package yet, you’re welcome to stop in and grab some fresh produce to carry you through the week.

Take a look at the beautiful produce that arrived this morning. Our minds are already wandering: a big dinner salad with all the fixings, fruit salad, steamed broccoli, a fresh veggie tray, sautéed spinach… and we could keep going. So many delicious possibilities.

The WAFER Mobile Pantry will be at the following 6 locations this week in LaCrosse County.

*Tuesday June 2nd Saint Elizabeth's Catholic Church Holmen 9-11.

*Wednesday June 3rd Forest Park Apartments LaCrosse 9-11.

*Thursday June 4th Salzer Square Apartments LaCrosse 9-10.

*Thursday June 4th Coachlite Mobile Home Park LaCrosse 1030-1130.

*Friday June 5th American Legion parking lot Onalaska 9-10.

*Friday June 5th Anytime Fitness Parking lot across from Dollar General West Salem 1045-1145.

*Please bring a picture ID, piece of current mail for all in the household if you are new to WAFER and bags to transport your items.

A huge shout‑out to the incredible crew of volunteers who spent several hours sprucing up the landscaping and the outside of the building. It was a hot day, but with grit, teamwork, and zero complaints, they got it done.

This work matters — not just for neighborhood pride, but because a fresh, welcoming facility sends a message of dignity and care to every shopper who walks through our doors.

We’re also deeply grateful to Trees Today Nursery for donating all the mulch needed to refresh every bed, and to for providing dinner to our hardworking volunteers.

Community effort at its finest, and we’re so thankful for each of you who made it happen.

Check out the results from Coulee Bank's peanut butter drive challenge. They didn’t just meet the goal of 100 jars… they "spread" the love all the way to 216. They really "crunched" that challenge — a seriously "smooth" move by an amazing team.

We’re gearing up for Outdoor Clean‑Up Day and would love your help!

Bring your energy — and Toppers Pizza (Onalaska, WI) will deliver ooey‑gooey goodness for all volunteers. We have 4 folks signed up so far, but many more hands will help us get everything done quickly and enjoyably.
