What an incredible Hometown Country Fair this weekend, hosted by the Crescenta Valley Chamber of Commerce! 🎉

We were proud to celebrate CVWD’s 75th anniversary alongside our community. We’re deeply grateful to have been recognized by our legislative leaders – Representative Laura Friedman, Senator Sasha Renée Pérez, and Assemblymember Nick Schultz. Board Vice President Jennifer Valdez and Immediate Past President Jeffery Johnson also shared their vision for the next 75 years.

A highlight of the day was announcing the winners of our art contest – six exceptionally talented student artists from Mountain Ave Elementary and Crescenta Valley High School. 🎨

Team CVWD also showed up strong in the inaugural 5K, where three of our professionals added a little friendly competition to the mix 🏃‍♂️

🚧 Water Service Alert 🚧

Last night around 7 p.m., a 16-inch distribution main leak was reported at the intersection of Ocean View Blvd and Foothill Blvd. Crews are on site assessing the leak and working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

The District is utilizing new acoustic equipment to conduct a non-invasive assessment of the pipes and help locate the leak.

Traffic is impacted at the intersection of Foothill Blvd and Ocean View Blvd. Customers on Ocean View Blvd between Foothill Blvd and Waltonia Dr may experience low water pressure throughout the day while repairs are underway. We apologize for the inconvenience.

A ruptured fire service line at 4343 Ocean View caused significant water flow. Crews are on-site working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Customers may experience temporary water pressure loss while repairs are underway. 💧
