The City will be closing a portion of Spruce Street on Thursday, September 10th and section of S14th street on Friday September 11th for setup for the Gravel National Championship Start finish line, the roads will be closed through the completion of the race and tear down Saturday. Both closures will start at 9am to allow students and staff to get to school both days. The football game travel will be affected by the closure.

At the first home football game this Friday September 4th, the High School Band is doing an "America 250" halftime show with Fireworks! It should be a wonderful event and you're all invited - spread the word! The game starts at 7pm.

Today, our seniors returned to where it all began.

With caps and gowns replacing backpacks, they walked the halls of their elementary school one last time—past the classrooms where they learned to read, made lifelong friends, and started dreaming about their futures.

As younger students lined the hallways cheering them on, it was a powerful reminder of just how far they’ve come and the impact they’ve made along the way.

To the Class of 2026: We are so proud of you. Thank you for the memories, the lessons, and the example you’ve set for those following in your footsteps.

Once a student here, always a part of this family. 💚🎓
