The 20th Judicial Circuit is seeking a Contract Part-Time General Magistrate and Child Support Enforcement Hearing Officer to serve in Hendry and Glades Counties!

Are you an experienced attorney passionate about making a difference in the community? This contract position is for 6 days a month, offering the chance to work on a range of cases, including civil, family, dependency, child support enforcement, Baker Act, Marchman Act, and guardianship reports.

💼 Minimum Requirements:
✅ Juris doctorate from an accredited law school
✅ Member in good standing with The Florida Bar for at least 5 years
✅ Experience in civil, family, or criminal law (minimum 5 years)
✅ Ability to travel throughout the 20th Judicial Circuit

Deputy Clerk – Clewiston Sub-Office

General Description:
This position is responsible for recording, taking payments for court fines, fees, traffic citations, building permits, probation, cemetery lots, small claims, evictions and any other customer service-related activities at the front counter of the Clewiston Sub Office. This position reports directly to the departmental Supervisor.

This General Description is not to be construed as a complete statement of all duties performed. Employees will be required to perform other job-related duties as required.
