BIG goals take BIG teamwork!

One of our big goals this year is 96% attendance or higher, and today we got to celebrate our Rangers with our first attendance incentive of the year! 🙌

A huge THANK YOU to our amazing PTA and our PTA President for jumping in and helping us make it happen! One of the biggest pieces of pulling off incentives like this is having the manpower to get everything out to our students, and our PTA showed up ready to help! 💪💙

Even better was hearing them talk about how respectful and appreciative our students were throughout the day. We love hearing that from members of our community because that’s the Ranger Way! 🤠

Today’s reward was ice pops 🧊☀️ — perfect timing for this Texas weather! The grade level with the highest overall attendance earned the incentive, and we’ll do it all over again in two weeks with another fun reward.

We’re excited to keep building this partnership with our PTA, celebrating our students, and pushing toward that 96%+ goal!

He is a foundational pillar of this community, his work and support is felt across the entire campus. The impact he has had on quite literally thousands of young men and women leaves a legacy of greatness that grows every year. We appreciate you Coach! She is an incredibly dedicated second-year 6th grade teacher who brings immense energy, care, and passion to her classroom every day. Even early in her career, her deep investment in her students' academic growth and personal development is clear. She works tirelessly to ensure every student feels supported, engaged, and challenged to reach their full potential. Her commitment to creating a positive, encouraging learning environment makes a lasting impact on her students, and she truly exemplifies what it means to go above and beyond as an educator. In his first year on campus has already become an integral part of our school community. Whether he’s jumping in to help with parent pickup, keeping his door open for anyone who needs him, or simply lending an ear to a question or concern, he consistently goes above and beyond with a smile. He may be new to our campus, but he certainly didn’t waste any time becoming one of us! This week’s Staff of the Week goes to Officer Gomez!!! Congratulations and thank you for everything you do!

🍧 Jeremiah’s Italian Ice will be at Ranger Round-Up today! 🍧

Stop by and grab a sweet treat while supporting WMS! Jeremiah’s Italian Ice will be on campus from 2:00–5:00 p.m. during our Ranger Round-Up, which runs from 1:00–7:00 p.m.

A portion of the proceeds will benefit our Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) program.

We hope to see our Ranger families there! 💙

🎉 What an exciting day at Wallace! 🎉
Today, we had the privilege of welcoming our incoming 6th graders to our Rising Ranger Camp! 💙🤍

Our future Rangers had the opportunity to tour the campus, meet new friends, get to know their teachers, and learn all about The Wallace Way. We loved seeing their excitement, energy, and smiles as they took their first steps into this exciting new chapter!

We are so excited to welcome this amazing group of students and can’t wait to see all they accomplish this school year! Here’s to a fantastic year ahead! 🥳📚
