🏗️ **CITY OF UHLAND DEVELOPMENT UPDATE – SEPTEMBER 2026**
Several development projects are currently moving through the City’s planning, permitting, and technical review processes.
🔹 **Caldwell Valley Tech Park** – Subdivision Improvement Plans are under technical review. A clearing and grading permit has been issued, and the Phase 1 Preliminary Plat has been approved and is being prepared for County filing.
🔹 **Live Oak Commons** – Replat and Site Development applications are under technical review. A clearing and grading permit has been issued, and a Master Plan revision is being prepared.
🔹 **Cotton Gin RV Park** – A minor amendment to the approved Site Plan is in progress. Construction permit applications are expected in the near future.
🔹 **CR-153 Gas Station** – Building permits have been issued, allowing the project to move forward with construction in accordance with approved plans and permits.
🔹 **Camino Crest 2 (PDD)** – The Final Plat is under technical review. A meeting is also planned with the City’s new planner to discuss the next phases.
🏪 **Retail & Service Projects**
• Proposed 7-Eleven – Final Plat technical review
• Spanish Gas Station – Final Plat technical review
• Gristmill Retail Center – Technical comments were issued in January 2026; no resubmittal has been received at this time.
📍 **Projects in Preliminary Stages**
• 2154 High Road – Iglesia Evangelica Ciudad En Lo Alto, Inc.
• Dollar General
• Uhland Plaza (PDD)
No formal applications have been submitted for these preliminary projects at this time, although representatives continue to communicate with the City.
The City of Uhland will continue providing updates as projects move through the development process.
