When you don’t have a fire hydrant near your home, it takes “water tender” to get the job done. Water tenders are GIANT swimming pools on wheels. Tender operations take a little bit of coordination and oftentimes from multiple agencies. Here you can see Kuna Fire training with Meridian Fire and things are about to get hydrated!

It’s that time of year Kuna! Farmers and ranchers are burning their ditches. If you’re new here, it probably looks a little alarming. Don’t fear. These are controlled burns and do not require activation of emergency services. When do you report a grass fire? Report a fire if it is unattended or if it’s threatening life or property. Stay safe Kuna!
