PRESS RELEASE:
Stalking, Terroristic Threats and Harassment Arrest made.
On 3/13/2025 Dylan BISH (19) was arrested in connection with a series of Threats being made to his female Neigbor on the 3300 block of 3rd Ave.
The victim had reported a handwritten note left on the door of her apartment with her name and a phone number in attempted to get her to contact him some time in November of 2024. The victim had brought the note to the police department and on the department phone we attempted to text the number to where the subject had responded. At that time, we were unable to identify the subject texting using that. Phone number.
Some time in February of 2025, another handwritten note was placed on her door with bet name on it as well. This time the note contained concerning desires, some even stating that he wanted to “dismember” her body with a chainsaw, and also stated sexual desires with her Co**se.  When the victim reported this incident to the police, The PD had sent a note to the State Police crime lab for forensic analysis. And an investigation was started.
On 3/10/2025, a text was sent to the department cell phone by the same number who we attempted to make contact with prior. The beginning of the note had the victim’s name which stated that he had killed 20 women and she is his next victim.  The text continue to give Gory details of how he wished to smash her skull and multiple other homicidal ideations. Police had them notified the victim. And contacted the Beaver County Detectives in reference to this concerning text.
Through the course of the investigation, it was determined that prime suspect Was Dylan BISH. BISH was later brought to the PD where he was interviewed in reference to these allegations. During the interview, BISH was Mirandized and did confess to sending the handwritten notes, and the text message to the victim. BISH also continued to go in detail of his obsession with the victim and began to state that he is not going to stop his obsession until she is “dead”. BISH also described in detail on how he wished to dismember her this summer in the woods. BISH stated that he is attending Salem University in West Virginia for criminal justice in Forensic science for the sole reason to know how the Police and FBI operate so that he will never get “caught”. BISH also shared his desire for cannibalism.
BISH was taken into custody and transported to Beaver County jail where he is being held there on a $1 million bond. The Magistrate also added a condition that BISH have extensive mental health evaluation prior to is release.

2709(a)(5) Harassment Comm. Anonymously - M3
The Koppel PD would like to extend our gratitude to The Beaver Co. Detectives Bureau for their assistance in the case. The County Detectives, District Magistrate, as well as the Koppel PD believe that a Homicide as well as the spawning of a potential Serial Killer may have been prevented in this arrest given the numerous Homicidal details during BISH’s interview.
