On 06/17/2026, at approximately 11:06am Kooskia Ambulance, Kooskia Ambulance Rescue Unit ,Kooskia Fire Department and Clearwater QRU were dispatched to mile post 17 on Highway 13 for a reported motorcycle accident.

The operator of the motorcycle was evaluated on scene by Kooskia Ambulance and released.

All lanes of US-12 at milepost 113 remain closed following a crash involving a vehicle and three motorcycles.

On 06/12/2026, at approximately 4:00pm, Kooskia Ambulance, Kooskia Ambulance Rescue Unit and Kooskia Fire Department were dispatched to mile post 109.5 on Highway 12 for a rollover vehicle accident with possible entrapment.

Upon arrival, crews found that the occupants had self extricated. Both occupants were evaluated and transported by Kooskia Ambulance.

The three occupants of the vehicle were able to self extricate from the vehicle and were transported by Kooskia Ambulance.

On 05/01/2026, at approximately 1:12pm, Kooskia Ambulance, Kooskia Ambulance Rescue Unit & Kooskia Fire Department were dispatched near the intersection of Winona Road and Canyon View Road for a report of a single vehicle rollover accident involving an ejected occupant.

The occupant was transported by Kooskia Ambulance to the Kooskia Airport and was then transported by Life Flight to the appropriate facility.
