🍼 Safe Start is heading our way on May 18th and 19th!

KOOSKIA - May 18th @ 1:30 PM- Kooskia City Park - Safe Sleep Storytime, Car Seat Checks to follow.

LAPWAI - May 19th - Car Seat Checks from 11:00 am - 4:00 pm at Lapwai Elementary School. Safe Sleep Storytime at 5:00 pm at the Lapwai Community Library.

Here's what you can expect:

Families will be able to:

✔️ Access new car seats and safe cribs for families in need car 💺 🛏️

Families will:
✔️ Enjoy a reading of “Sleep Baby Safe and Snug” 📕
✔️ Learn about infant safe sleep 💤
✔️ Receive information about protecting infants during sleep ℹ️
🆓 New safe cribs and sleep sacks will also be available for families in need. Each family will receive a copy of “Sleep Baby Safe and Snug.” 📚

These events and supplies distributed are available at no charge.
