Notice is hereby given that the annual Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Carver Community Center, an Indiana not-for-profit corporation, will be held in the 3rd floor Auditorium of the Carver Community Center, 1310 North Purdum Street, Kokomo, IN 46901, on Monday, March 16, 2015, at 6:00p.m. for the purpose of receiving and acting on reports of the Officers and Directors, for the purpose of electing Directors and Officers, and for the transaction of such other business as may come before the meeting.
