💚 Find Joy Every Day! 💚

As part of Mental Health Awareness Month, McNabb Center had the opportunity to paint the iconic Rock at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville with an important reminder: Find Joy Every Day!

Mental health is just as important as physical health, and sometimes the smallest moments of joy can make a big difference. Whether it’s spending time with loved ones, enjoying nature, practicing gratitude or simply taking a moment for yourself, we encourage everyone to seek out joy in their daily lives.

💚🧡

Yesterday, our Blount County team came together to paint the bridge in Alcoa in support of Mental Health Awareness Month. 💚

The message we shared is simple but powerful: Hope grows here and your life matters.

Every conversation, every act of kindness, and every reminder that someone is not alone can make a difference. If you or someone you know needs support, please reach out.

One East Tennessee family put up a Christmas tree for the very first time this year because they finally had gifts to place underneath it. ❤️🎄

That story, and so many others like it, are why this auction means so much to me year after year.

Today, this amazing committee gathered to kick off another year of the Beth Haynes 12 Days of Christmas Auction. Missing a few wonderful faces here. ❤️

Because the McNabb Center’s Dear Santa program is about more than gifts. It helps local children and families experience the joy, love and traditions of Christmas so many of us take for granted. Happy memories together that last long after the holidays are over.

Last year was a record year:

🎁 More than 3,100 children and family members served
🎁 $125,000+ in cash contributions raised
🎁 1,696 wish lists fulfilled
🎁 Nearly 2,000 toys donated

More than a decade later, it still amazes me what this community can do together. Swipe to see how you can be part of it. ➡️
