I want to take a moment to say THANK YOU for all of your heartfelt responses and kind words regarding our Saturday schedule change beginning Saturday, September 19th.

I’m eternally grateful for the outpouring of love, understanding, and support you’ve shown Playtime. YOU are the reason we do what we do. 🥹💛

🎉 CELEBRATING AT PLAYTIME 🎉

Parties are a huge part of the Playtime in the Plains experience. We love providing families with a private space to create special memories together — in a place that is safe, fun, and stress-free for both kids AND parents. 🥰

Over the past 11 months, we’ve been so thankful to be part of so many special birthdays and celebrations, and we truly can’t wait to celebrate even more with you!

As we continue to grow and learn what works best for our Playtimers, we’ve made a small adjustment to our weekend schedule. 💛

✨ Moving forward, we’ll be offering consistent Open Play on Saturday mornings from 10AM–12PM, while reserving our Saturday afternoon time slots for private parties.

This allows us to continue offering the open play time our families love while also protecting the party experience that is such an important part of Playtime.

🎈 Here is our party availability for the remainder of 2026!

💛 A little Saturday update from us…

We’ve seen the conversations, and we want to address something we know has been frustrating for some of our Playtime families.

Saturday open play.

We know it’s disappointing to see Saturday open play advertised and then have it changed or canceled when a private party books. We truly understand the frustration—especially for families who work Monday–Friday and count on the weekend to get out and play. 💔

The reality is that our space simply isn’t large enough to safely accommodate a private party and public open play at the same time. And while we absolutely LOVE seeing families come through our doors for open play, private parties are also a very important part of the revenue that allows us to keep Playtime open, growing, and serving our community.

So, rather than continuing to have families wonder if Saturday open play will happen, we’re making it predictable. ❤️

Starting NEXT Saturday, September 19:

🛝 EVERY SATURDAY
10 AM–12 PM — OPEN PLAY

🎉 1 PM & 4 PM — PRIVATE PARTY TIMES

We do already have a few parties booked during the 10 AM–12 PM window on upcoming Saturdays, so those dates will remain party-only as previously booked.

But moving forward, we will no longer book private parties during our Saturday 10 AM–12 PM open-play window.

That means our families will have a consistent time they can count on.

10 AM–12 PM every Saturday = Playtime. 🛝💛

We may occasionally have special events or holiday schedule changes, and we’ll always communicate those ahead of time.

To the families who have been patient with us, supported us, and even shared when something hasn’t worked for you:

Your feedback helps us grow—not just as a business, but as a place for our community. We may not always be able to offer everything to everyone, but we’re always going to do our best to listen, adjust where we can, and make Playtime a place families can count on.

Last week, we had the pleasure of celebrating TWO Playtime Pals on their birthdays! 🎉🥳

And of course, cake pops from The Playtime Pour were a MUST—and they were definitely enjoyed! 🧁💕

Getting to be part of these sweet little moments is one of our favorite parts of Playtime. Watching our Playtime Pals grow, celebrate, and make memories with their families truly fills our hearts. 🥰
