Today, we remember September 11, 2001 — the lives lost, the families forever changed, and the first responders who showed extraordinary courage.

For many who served that day and in the aftermath, the impact continues. Exposure to toxic smoke, dust, and debris has been linked to increased cancer risks among first responders.

Today, we honor their sacrifice, remember those we lost, and stand with those still fighting.

We remember. We honor.

We remember those we've lost, celebrate survivors, support patients currently fighting, and acknowledge the caregivers who walk every step of the journey beside them.

Awareness leads to education, early detection, research funding, and hope. Together, we can make a difference in the lives of those affected by cancer.

It’s more than a ’70s theme.

The 1970s were a time of bold ideas, big change, and breaking new ground — and that spirit reflects how far we’ve come in the fight against cancer.

But progress doesn’t happen without people willing to hustle for it.

Every dollar raised at the Knoxville Hope Gala helps support lifesaving cancer research, patient support, prevention, and early detection — moving us closer to a future where more people survive and thrive.

So yes, we’ll be dancing under the disco ball.
But we’ll also be hustlin’ for something that matters.

We have an important update regarding our upcoming event. To ensure we bring you the best experience possible, the "Hustlin' for Hope" Gala is being postponed.

While our original date of Friday, September 18, is no longer, we are thrilled to announce our new date: Saturday, February 27, 2027.

Please note that just because the date is pushed back, it doesn’t mean we’re stopping the hustlin’! We are more determined than ever to make this a night to remember, filled with light, community, and the enduring power of hope. Our mission doesn't stop, and we are working hard behind the scenes to ensure this event is an unforgettable celebration of that shared hope.
