This is a HALLELUJAH UPDATE! 7/8/26 230pm: The leak has been found at G40 & 105th Ave. Repairs will begin as soon as locates are completed. As long as all goes well, water will be restored this evening.

UPDATE 7/8/26 9am: G40/92nd East to Hwy 14 - MCRWD crew began early this morning remaining diligent in finding the leak in this area. A valve has been replaced to help isolate the ongoing issue. We apologize for the inconvenience and remain committed to serving our members.

7/7/26 4:00pm UPDATE to HwyG40/9nd Ave area.
Our crew is continuing to search for a water leak in the area from the intersection of 92nd Ave and Hwy G40 east to Hwy 14, including along any gravel roads off of G40. If you see any water out of the ordinary in these areas, please report it immediately by calling 641-842-3304 and pressing 3, then follow the prompts.

Please prepare for the possibility of being without water for an extended period. Our crew is working as quickly and safely as possible to locate and resolve the issue

In the area north of Knoxville on G40, and west of Hwy 14; we are experiencing low water pressure. Our crew is currently looking for the issue. We will keep you updated.

North Corp Water only: Due to the immediate need to replace a valve on Pleasantville’s side, the water serving North Corp will need to be shut down today until the replacement has been made.

We apologize for the short notice.

East of Knoxville leak UPDATE:
The lake has been found and is being fixed at this very moment. We are able to turn valves to get most of our users to full pressure with the exception of those east and south of the sale barn along the highway. Our crew is still repairing that brake and getting wet while they do so! We will update when that has been fully repaired.

A huge thank you to our crew and Bassett excavation for working hard to get this repaired for our members.

If you are experiencing low water pressure in the area just east of Knoxville near the salebarn, a leak was discovered. Our crew is enroute with equipment and awaiting locates for the dig area. We do not have an estimated repair time as of yet. When more information is available, we will update. Thank you.
