This Dancing Spider Yoga video was created nearly 10 years ago and like a good song, it just gets better! I've just finished up my Retreat with Ajeet season at the Sewall House in Maine and after looking at this video, I see that the essence of teaching yoga to children and adults who want to lead classes for kids has not changed that much-thank goodness! All that is truly required is an open mind and some clear instruction. Okay, folks, I'm back online to share some of my creative sketches! I am by no means an artist, but I am a kid's yoga teacher and that means I get to play with making up some more children's yoga! I've just ordered another batch of Color Me Yoga books.

In the new year, I'll be reaching out to folks from Mead Montessori School, Smoky Mountain Montessori, LLC, and Early Childhood centers to share the wonderful Color Me Yoga coloring book with them. If you know of any other schools, centers or studios, please let me know!
