Sometimes kids have big feelings that can be overwhelming. When this happens, use the Breathe, Think, Do process to help them calm down and work through their emotions.

💙 Breathe – Take a few slow, deep breaths together to help the body and mind relax.

💙 Think – Talk about what happened and help the child identify and understand their feelings.

💙 Do – Choose a positive action or solution to handle the situation.

By teaching children to Breathe, Think, and Do, we help them build emotional awareness, problem-solving skills, and healthy ways to manage big emotions.
