Grateful for the planning and passion that they’ve invested in cultivating a welcoming school community for Monday morning and the rest of the year!

Remember that Monday is a half day and dismissal is at 11:15.

A shout out to some of our favorite ladies that consistently support our school in a variety of ways!

Audrey Cathey Skeen representing Knoxville Law Enforcement Federal Credit Union donated the most delicious donuts to our staff after a long day yesterday.

We also had Penny from Big Brothers Big Sisters of East Tennessee bring in cookies!

We are sugared up and have all of the caffeine needed to keep us fueled and ready to go!

We were so very excited to see so many of our students and families at Meet Your Teacher Night last night! We’ve missed your faces!

We are eager to hear more about your summers and work with you this year!

A huge thank you to Joy of Music School, Amachi Knoxville, Boys & Girls Clubs of the Tennessee Valley and our PTO for welcoming our families and connecting them with supports!

Also, a shout out to our bilingual ambassador, Tom, for helping make sure that all of our families felt included and supported!

We’ve been fortunate to have so many community members love and support our teachers throughout the hard work and preparation of the new school year!

We had our lovely and energetic Knoxville TVA Employees Credit Union friends back and they helped to pick up our playground, sort supplies, and put up bulletin boards in the main hallway.

A huge thank you to Edfinancial Careers for their generous contribution of school supplies and monetary donation for more classroom supplies! We appreciate your workforce supporting our teachers and strengthening our school community. What an encouragement to be seen and valued by you all on such a consistent basis!

Also, thank you to Brad Keaton, a local neighbor, for your generous donation of gift cards for our teachers! So very thoughtful!

Last but not least, thank you to Salsarita's Fresh Mexican Grill for feeding our teachers and staff on a long work day!

There is so much to do at the beginning of a school year! Our educators have a constant to do list running through their minds.

That is why we appreciate community and parent volunteers stepping up to help our teachers cross off some time consuming items!

A huge thank you to our PTO for donating energy drinks and food for families for Meet the Teacher Night!

Thank you to the “new to our school parents”that are stepping up to serve in classrooms and teachers that saw a need and spruced things up!

A huge thank you to Knoxville TVA Employees Credit Union for coming and spending hours with teachers to set up classrooms! What a gift!
