Crittenton foster families seek to provide a loving and nurturing environment for youth in need. Foster parents are our HEROs, they can’t fly or become invisible but they have the ability to love a child right where they are. Prospective foster parents must meet the minimum requirements to be considered to foster with Crittenton Foster Care:
o AT LEAST 21YEARS OF AGE
o FINANCIALLY ABLE TO MEET HIS/HER NEEDS
o BE ABLE TO NURTURE AND LOVE CHILDREN
o PASS CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS
o BE IN GOOD PHYSICAL HEALTH
o LEARN & APPLY PROVIDED TRAININGS
Foster parents are not required to be perfect and they also know they are not required to do it on their own; we have a wonderful team to assist with consistent and constant support. WHY CRITTENTON FOSTER CARE? Crittenton Foster Care provides extensive support to the children and the foster families that we serve to ensure they are emotionally, physically, socially and mentally maturing and stabilizing. Support includes but not limited to:
o CASE MANAGEMENT
o IN-HOME SERVICES
o ASSISTANCE AND TRAINING WITH BEHAVIORAL MANAGEMENT
o CHILD EDUCATION SUPPORT
o CONTINUAL MONTHLY TRAININGS FOR FOSTER PARENTS
o MONTHLY REIMBURSEMENT. o TRAINING: PATH FOR FOSTER PARENTS
o 24/7 ON CALL SUPPORT
