Learn as you earn with Closer Walk Reentry & Advocacy Program in partnership with Knoxville College.

This is what our work looks like in real time.

Participants are gaining hands-on experience in roofing, building maintenance, and campus restoration while earning income and building skills on the Knoxville College campus.

Some are enrolled in Knoxville College’s online programs, working toward Associate (AA) degrees. Others are starting with workforce training and gaining real trade experience.

Whether starting with work or continuing through education, we meet people where they are. Tell us your goals, and we will help you get there.

From the roof to the ground, this is hands-on learning, teamwork, and real opportunity.

All of our Workforce Programs are paid weekly stipends, Monday through Thursday with a relaxed day on Fridays.
