The countdown to spring turkey season is on! Is anyone else as excited as our DNR licensing agent, Carrie? 🦃

Fun fact: Turkeys can see three times more clearly than 20/20 vision, see in color, and have a 270-degree field of vision. No wonder they’re so hard to sneak up on! šŸ¦ƒšŸ‘€

Spring turkey tags are available at the Recorder’s Office. Stop in and our staff will be happy to help you get set for the season.

Best of luckšŸ€to all the hunters this spring—and stay safe!

Thinking about taking your kids hunting for the first time—or maybe trying hunting yourself?
Hunter Safety Education classes are a great place to start!
