As we bid farewell to Captain Sexton, we want to express our deepest gratitude for his outstanding leadership and dedication. His guidance has been instrumental in our success, and we wish him all the best in future endeavors!

Safety is a top priority for the Iowa National Guard. As we begin to celebrate Independence Day, remember that drinking and driving puts lives at risk.

If you choose to drink, do so legally and responsibly. Always have a plan and a sober driver. The “Decide to Ride” campaign from Iowa Governor's Traffic Safety Bureau and MADD Illinois, Iowa & Wisconsin is a reminder: there’s no excuse for impaired driving.

We needed to get outside today before our MWR event. We came up with encouraging our Best Warrior competitors on their ruck march, as they train for the event later this month to compete with others in the RSG!
