At 3pm tomorrow, step into the giant inflatable fooseball game, where our local One Knox SC soccer players and kids will team up for an action-packed, head-to-head showdown to benefit Childhelp! Our very own ¡VamosVols! Carlos Lopez will be on the mic during the event! Thanks to National Fitness, this will all go to benefit ChildHelp.

While the fooseball game will be open all day for everyone, we'll this kicks off at 3:10pm so you won't want to miss the action!

We went bananas at Neyland Stadium this weekend! 🍌🏟️

Our team and incredible volunteers traded our usual gear for t-shirts to help out at the Savannah Bananas game, and let’s just say we’ve officially decided that baseball is much more fun when there’s a little bit of chaos and a lot of heart involved.

Beyond the dance moves and the trick plays, we were there for a mission: raising vital funds to support over 12,000 children right here in East Tennessee. We are thrilled to share that through all the hard work, we raised a little over $10,500!

A massive thank you to everyone who made this possible. It’s safe to say this was a home run for the kids we serve. ⚾️✨

Join the Fun: Volunteer for Knoxville’s Largest Kids Party!
Looking for a fun way to earn service hours and give back to the East Tennessee community? Childhelp Tennessee is looking for energetic volunteers to help us at Knoxville’s Largest Kids Party at World’s Fair Park!
This high-energy event features bounce houses, water slides, a character parade, and more. Most importantly, it is a fundraiser for Childhelp Tennessee, meaning every hour you volunteer helps us provide essential services to children in our community.
Event Details
Date: Saturday, May 30, 2026
Location: World’s Fair Park Performance Lawn
Requirement: Volunteers must be 15 or older.
Perks: You’ll receive a free event T-shirt upon arrival! Water refill stations are available on-site, so please bring your own water bottle to stay hydrated.
What You’ll Be Doing
We have roles for everyone! Most positions involve keeping the fun safe and organized by monitoring lines for the inflatable attractions. We also need:
Party Pals Parade: Assist with the character parade and candy distribution.
Event Logistics: Help with check-in, wristband sales, and general event support.
Open Shifts
We are in high need of volunteers for the following times:
1:30 PM – 5:30 PM (24 slots)

Impact Beyond the Music 🎸

Last week, our dedicated staff and volunteers traded their usual routines for the energy of the Luke Combs concert, all to support the mission of Childhelp Tennessee.

While the team was lucky enough to be stationed right by the stage—keeping them incredibly busy throughout the night—the real headliner was the generosity of the fans. We are thrilled to share that through our work at the concessions, we raised over $12,000 for our programs and the children we serve right here in East Tennessee.

A massive thank you to everyone who stopped by! Every purchase and every tip directly impacts our local community:

10% of all proceeds went directly to Childhelp.

100% of the tips were donated to support our local initiatives.

We are so grateful for our hardworking volunteers who make this level of impact possible. Together, we’re ensuring a brighter, safer future for our children. 💙

Play Ball for a Cause! ⚾️🧡

What a night at the ballpark! We are still buzzing from an incredible Friday evening with the Knoxville Smokies & .

Childhelp was honored to be the featured nonprofit of the game, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From our Executive Director throwing out a (very impressive!) first pitch to our hardworking staff getting some well-deserved downtime in the stands, it was a home run all around.

A Huge Milestone for East TN
The highlight of the night was receiving a generous donation from the Smokies and Garey Yeoman Ford. These funds stay right here in East Tennessee, directly fueling our programs and supporting the children and families we serve.

Heartfelt Shoutouts
This partnership happened thanks to the incredible initiative of our very own Katie Loveday. Katie went above and beyond to submit Childhelp for consideration, driven by her passion to honor the staff who give their hearts to this mission every single day.

It’s a "Feel Good Friday" indeed! ⚾️ We are so honored to be the featured nonprofit for tonight’s Knoxville Smokies game!

There’s nothing better than a night at the ballpark, especially when it supports the children and families served by Childhelp. Come out, enjoy the game, and help us continue to support the local children here in East Tennessee.
