BREAKING

Knoxville Police are investigating the death of a 12-year-old boy. KPD said officers went to a home on Cecil Avenue at around 7:50 Tuesday morning.

According to the department, the boy’s cause of death is undetermined and pending further examination by the Knox County Regional Forensic Center.

The investigation remains active and ongoing, KPD said.

Federal criminal charges have been dropped against Utah plastic surgeon Dr. Michael Kirk Moore Jr.

The Department of Justice abruptly halted the case mid-trial. U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi ordered Utah prosecutors to dismiss all charges in the “interests of justice.”

Bondi stated that Dr. Moore “gave his patients a choice when the federal government refused to do so” and did not deserve prison time.

The original allegations involved issuing nearly 2,000 fake CDC vaccination cards, administering saline shots to children at parents’ request, destroying over $28,000 worth of government COVID vaccines, and related financial fraud. He had faced up to 35 years in prison.
