Calling all incoming KMS 8th graders and parents! Let's do some reading. Mrs. Norem challenges incoming 8th graders to choose a chapter book to read which falls within their level over summer break (She already knows your levels) 😉 Once you've chosen a book email her your title at [email protected]. when you've finished your book email her again. Once we return to school, you and her will sit down and genuinely discuss your book. Not just a quick summary or a "oh I watched the movie and this is what happened."

If you don’t know your reading level please ask her. She will help you out.

KMS National Junior Honor Society chose to complete a service project for the 25-26 school year. NJHS members raised funds through various fundraisers to present Kids Closet with a $300 check. Kid Closet is a wonderful organization that helps all students and families within Starke County when they are in need. Great job KMS NJHS members!
