Strack Intermediate School

Strack Intermediate School Strack Intermediate opened its doors in 1977 with an enrollment of 962 students.

Strack is named in honor of Herman Strack, the oldest of five sons who came to Texas from Prussia in 1848. The Strack Cougars have been an important part of the community for thirty eight years, welcoming students from Benfer, Haude, Roth and Kuehnle elementary schools.

🏃‍♀️🐾 COUGARS ON THE RUN! 🐾🏃‍♂️ Our Strack Cross Country kids were up and at ’em Saturday morning for a pre-season fun run at Klein Collins! 🐾❤️We are so proud of our Academic Pentathlon teams who were recognized at the Klein ISD Board Meeting on Monday night for their incredible accomplishments on the national stage! Strack’s 7th Grade Team earned 2nd Place and our 8th Grade Team earned 3rd Place at the 2026 Academic Pentathlon National Tournament! What a special moment to see our Cougars recognized by our Board of Trustees for their hard work and academic excellence. We are SO proud of you! Way to represent Strack! ❤️🐾
