Every child deserves opportunities to play, learn, and feel a sense of belonging. This interactive training explores common disabilities and developmental differences seen in early childhood settings, including developmental delays, autism, ADHD, communication differences, and physical or sensory disabilities. Participants will build understanding through a strengths-based lens and gain practical strategies to create welcoming, inclusive environments where all children can actively participate, build relationships, and thrive.

September 3 - Caregivers will explore how stress and trauma may impact them and how they can safeguard the most important protective factors - themselves. Participants will explore the strategies for building self-reflection and general workforce wellness.

September 10 - Focuses on how to create and lead a trauma-responsive early childhood program serving infants and toddlers. This session is intended for early childhood leaders, including program directors, family child care providers, and owners, teacher leaders, or other infant and toddler partners in leadership roles. Participants will explore effective leadership strategies that will help lead trauma-responsive programs.
