Good morning everyone, I wanted to give a quick update. Why we have not got things fixed as far as the mass amount of fraud I was able to work for Shasta Litho and bring printing back to the basin. As far as the new business that has opened up where Ontime was located leaves me very suspicious to any involvement. Not speculating just very suspicious to me. I hope all are well and please know I miss each and everyone of you.

Good evening folks, I again want to thank everyone who has come by to offer support or just hug me. I am very grateful for all of you and even with my hope down today I plan to fight more tomorrow. I was able to gain access into my business profile account and they have 100s of phones attached to my account and thousands of scam emails going out. Some even with the sheriffs name on them. I tried to secure the account and I printed as much of it off as I could but within a short about of time i was locked out.

Hello everyone,

First, I want to address my valued customers directly: I deeply apologize for the inconvenience this situation has caused. Please know that I am doing everything within my power to resolve this. The past few days have been spent working closely with Apple to find a solution, though it’s proving to be a challenging process.

This has been one of the most difficult experiences I’ve had to face, but I am not one to back down easily. I want to assure you that this was a well-coordinated attack aimed at my family and me, and it is currently under serious investigation. We have individuals of interest, and I will not rest until justice is served.

To those who have taken to talking negatively about me: I am unfazed by it. Your words do not affect me. I have much larger matters to focus on, and I refuse to engage in negativity. For those who are hurt or frustrated with me for reasons unknown, please accept my sincerest apologies. I pray that one day you find peace and release any anger you may have toward me.

This cyberattack has impacted every part of my life, and I want to clarify that if you try calling the store at 541-851-9010, it is currently redirected to Apple Support. I’ve contacted Spectrum for assistance, but they have not yet been able to resolve the issue. If you need anything, feel free to reach me on my personal number at 458-254-0068. I will be at the store around the clock—working tirelessly to make sure everyone is taken care of.

Thank you all for your continued support over the years. I am determined to come back stronger, and I look forward to bringing you something even better in the near future.

Following a week of tireless work by our local teams to address the recent cyberattack, we are now receiving critical support from federal and industry partners. We can confirm that Apple, the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), and the FBI are now actively involved, lending their expertise and resources to this ongoing effort.
We understand the frustration and concern this situation has caused. Please remain patient as these expanded teams work around the clock to investigate and mitigate the damage. We want to assure you that we are relentlessly pursuing every avenue to resolve this issue and restore full functionality.
We will not stop the fight. We will continue to provide updates as new information becomes available.

For the past two years,
OnTime Pack and Ship and Klamath Custom Signs have been subjected to an ongoing and highly disruptive cyberattack that was undetected till last week..

This campaign has targeted both our business operations and personal lives, I want to assure you that, based on all available evidence, no customer or vendor information has been compromised. Our operations and payment processes remain secure.
We are working closely with outside cybersecurity agencies as well as law enforcement authorities, to identify, stop, and prosecute those responsible for this malicious act. Their prompt and professional response has been instrumental in helping us protect our business and community.

This attack has undoubtedly caused a tremendous impact on both our business and personal lives. Yet through it all, we remain deeply grateful to our customers, vendors, and community who continue to stand by us.

Please know that our business operations will continue as normal while the cybersecurity team works to remove this act of violence from our lives.

Look who’s back…

Every year, without fail, Craig makes the long journey from Merced to Klamath Falls. For six years now, he’s shown up right on time—never late, never missing a single day. Always smiling, always ready to greet every person who crosses his path with genuine warmth.

Craig is turning 60 this year—a milestone worth celebrating. Sadly, his birthday falls in December, when he’ll be back home and not here with us. That’s why I want to do something truly special for him while he’s still here.

If you know Craig, you know he’s a simple man. He doesn’t ask for much, and truthfully, even too many “things” could feel overwhelming. But what he gives to us—his energy, his heart, his joy—is priceless.

So I’m reaching out to you—my friends, my community, my family—what can we do for this incredible man? What could we give that would show him just how much he means to all of us? I need your help.

Many of you already know Craig’s story. For those who don’t, you can find it on our page or just look up “Craig from the Merced Car Wash” who travels here to work with us seasonally.

Craig, my friend… you inspire me more than words can say. You brighten people’s days in ways you may never fully realize. You bring joy, consistently and selflessly, just by being you.

He’ll be here until June. If you see him out there, doing his thing—spinning a sign, waving with a grin—give him a honk, stop by to say hello, or just let him know you see him. Because we do. And we are better because of him.
