The Florida Guardian ad Litem Foundation is pleased to announce Holly La Rosa as its new Chief Executive Officer.

Holly brings a dynamic blend of leadership, business acumen, and a deep commitment to the mission. She recently served as a member of the Foundation’s Board, contributing to advancing priorities, strengthening partnerships, and supporting continued growth.

She is no stranger to the Florida Guardian ad Litem Office. Holly previously served as Board President of the Guardian ad Litem Foundation of Osceola County, where she helped guide strategy, build partnerships, and support initiatives that directly benefit children represented by the Florida Guardian ad Litem Office.

Professionally, Holly is a proven leader with extensive experience in operations, finance, and organizational growth, with a strong track record of building teams, managing complex portfolios, and driving results. She also brings a strong understanding of both the legislative process and the nonprofit world — an invaluable combination as the Foundation continues to grow its reach and impact.

What sets Holly apart is her well-rounded perspective. In addition to her leadership roles, she serves as a Guardian ad Litem Volunteer, bringing firsthand experience working directly with children who have experienced abuse, abandonment, and neglect. That perspective brings both insight and purpose to her leadership.

The Guardian ad Litem Foundation is proud to celebrate a truly rare and meaningful milestone this year — five children who have overcome tremendous obstacles while in the child foster system are graduating from high school.

For many youth in foster care, reaching graduation day is filled with challenges that most cannot imagine. These five students have shown extraordinary resilience, determination, and courage, and we believe their achievement deserves to be recognized in a very special way.

We are seeking a $2,000 sponsor (or four $500) to help us honor these graduates with a celebration that reflects how significant this accomplishment truly is. Your sponsorship will help provide:

* A graduation celebration and recognition ceremony
* Gifts and essentials to support their next chapter
* A lasting reminder that their community believes in them

There’s just something special about a room full of people with big hearts and a shared mission 💙

The GAL Volunteer Coffee Catch Up was such a great morning! So many of our amazing volunteers showed up, shared their stories, swapped experiences, and reminded us all why this work matters so much. From heartfelt moments to plenty of laughs over coffee, it was the perfect way to connect and recharge.

The GAL Foundation of Osceola County raises money to help these volunteers who are standing up for abused, abandoned, and neglected children in our community — and seeing this group come together was incredibly encouraging.

If you’ve ever thought about getting involved, this is your sign. The impact is real, the people are incredible, and apparently… the coffee isn’t bad either ☕💙
