Rain didn’t damper the excitement as the buses rolled away for Camp Courage - Teens. Today, 64 campers left for a week of fun and connection. Annie’s Hope is thrilled to make these ✨magical ✨ experiences free of charge thanks to our generous donors and supporters like Mid-America Transplant, The St. Louis Men's Group Against Cancer, Rotary Club of St Louis,The Buddy Fund, Old Newsboys - St. Louis, Blueprint4, St. Louis Missouri Lodge #1, Missouri Baptist Medical Center, Jefferson Foundation, The Saigh Foundation, and more. Thank you for showing that kids’ grief DOES matter.

Before camp could even begin, we had to load the trucks with the many items that help create the ✨magic✨ of camp.

A huge thank-you to our incredible volunteers and our friends at Chapter 1307 Widows Sons for lending a hand. Their extraordinary hard work made loading day quick, smooth, and successful.

We can’t wait to hear about the amazing adventures and unforgettable memories our campers and volunteers have this week and next.

Camp Courage is officially underway...Family and friends waving goodbye to 65 kiddos heading off for a week of adventure, friendship and of course, grief support. There's nothing like finding "your people" in life's most difficult moments. Whether you’re a teacher, counselor, caregiver, faith leader, healthcare professional, or simply someone who cares, this training can help you make a lasting difference.
