What a night.

On Monday, May 18, more than 120 of you joined the Kirkwood Human Rights Commission for a fireside conversation on due process and the rule of law — featuring former Missouri Supreme Court Chief Justice Michael Wolff, in conversation with Alvin Reid of the St. Louis American.

Judge Wolff walked us through the long arc of due process, from Magna Carta to the Fourteenth Amendment, and into the questions facing us right now. Your questions — handwritten on index cards and asked aloud — said it all. People in this community are paying attention, thinking deeply, and showing up to wrestle with hard things together.
