🚌🎒 BACK TO SCHOOL SAFETY REMINDER 🎒🚌

With school starting tomorrow, the Kirkville Fire Company would like to remind everyone to use extra caution on the roads as students head back to school.

🛑 WATCH FOR STOPPED SCHOOL BUSES! 🛑

Please remember:
🚌 Slow down and be prepared to stop when you see a school bus.
🔴 NEVER pass a school bus when its red lights are flashing.
👀 Watch carefully for children crossing the road or waiting at bus stops.
🚗 Allow yourself a little extra time during the morning and afternoon school hours.
📵 Put the phone down and stay focused behind the wheel.

children will be out early tomorrow morning, and some may be excited, distracted, or unfamiliar with their new bus stops.

Please slow down, pay attention, and help keep kids safe!

The Town of Manlius Police Department is looking for assistance with identifying the operator of the motorcycle in the attached photo. The motorcycle was observed by a patrol officer speeding. When the officer attempted to stop the motorcycle he began passing vehicles recklessly and fled from police. The motorcycle was last seen on September 4th at approximately 7:50 AM traveling west bound on E. Taft Rd. near Schuyler Road headed toward Northern Blvd.
