Honoring our heritage and our Old Glory today. Ronald Reagan said it best … “When we honor our flag we honor what we stand for as a Nation—freedom, equality, justice, and hope."

🌾🌻 Protect Missouri Farmland, Protect Missouri's Future

Once Missouri farmland is gone, there is no easy way to get it back.

From the rolling hills of the Ozarks to the fertile river valleys, Missouri farmers help feed America, support rural communities, and preserve a way of life that has defined the Show-Me State for generations. Productive farmland is more than open space — it is food security, local jobs, family heritage, and a critical part of Missouri's future.

Clean energy has a role to play, and solar power can be part of an all-of-the-above energy strategy. But many Missourians believe solar panels should first be placed on rooftops, parking lots, warehouses, brownfields, and other already-developed land before productive farmland is converted.

Missouri is known for its corn, soybeans, cattle, and diverse agricultural production, but a strong Missouri also needs strong agriculture. Energy independence and food security should go hand in hand.

Protect the land that feeds us. Support Missouri farmers and ranchers. Keep Missouri growing. 🚜🌾

I want to thank everyone who has hosted one of my campaign signs so far!! Your support is both fantastic and deeply appreciated! However, we have just started on our sign placement drive!! So, while we continue to work on the Eastern part of the District, we are ready to start moving to the west, working down the list, while expanding the list!

If you live in Novinger, Green Castle, Livonia, Green City, Milan, Unionville, Galt, Newtown-Harris, Lucerne, Princeton or Mercer - or any points in between... and would like to host a sign, or have me stop by for a visit, or both, then please send me a message via Facebook Messenger or via email at [email protected] - this will get you on the list!

This evening we headed over to Milan in support of the Sullivan County Hospital Foundation efforts to build a new hospital facility in Sullivan County. It was a sold out event for the 1960s theme Murder Mystery. Our Treasurer, Carolyn Chrisman joined Angela and I this evening and we spent time catching up with some Sullivan county supporters. Since I started this journey last Fall, I have shared my platform regarding supporting access to Rural Healthcare. We have three hospitals in this district and a new upcoming cancer center which care for our constituents. I have had the privilege to sit down with leadership of each to hear about their successes and challenges over the course of my campaign. I would say this was one successful event!! Sullivan County loves their hospital!

Earlier this week I had a great meeting with Marie Murphree, Executive Director, of the Kirksville Chamber of Commerce. We’ve had several times to chat this election cycle at many ribbon cuttings and chamber events. As a small business owner for many years I support wholeheartedly the Chambers mission to build business relationships, prepare the workforce, improve area infrastructure and promote health and safety. During our visit we discussed ongoing challenges with available housing and child care. As your next State Representative I would support local chambers and rural economic development councils across District 3. I humbly ask for your vote on August 4th. Plan to vote or if out of town vote early, because every vote matters in this primary.

This afternoon, my Dad and I picked up the final batch of our campaign signs from Vernon Graphics in Unionville, Missouri. I want to give a special shout out and huge thanks to Levi & Becca Thompson and Ina Leach for staying a little late to adjust for our travel time this afternoon!! I cannot say enough positive things about Vernon, about the high quality of their work and most of all about the quality and friendliness of their staff. They are a true pleasure to work with and I thank them for getting these beautiful signs done so quickly! If you need signs, small or large, this is a place you should definitely check out!

Hey Unionville & Putnam County, Sullivan County, Mercer County and Adair County and all points in between - if you would be willing to host one of my campaign signs - it sure would help our cause of bringing common sense representation for District 3 back to Jefferson City! All you have to do is send us a message here on Facebook or drop an email to us at [email protected] and we will get a sign out to you. Sign or no sign, I want you to know that I am grateful for your support and I hope you will cast your vote for me this August 4th!
