Attention KHA tenants: the day we've all been waiting for is FINALLY here! 🤩

If you registered to participate in this year's beautification project, please join us at the office at 10:00 AM. We will have a quick meeting to review the day's agenda and check out equipment, then we'll start getting our hands dirty! 🌷 A light lunch will be provided at noon for all our registered participants.

With several projects ongoing around both complexes, we'd like to take this time to remind all tenants at both sites 🚫NOT🚫 to move or remove ANY flags placed throughout either complex. ⚠️ Tampering with markings for underground utilities is a crime, and violators may be subject to fines, imprisonment, or both. Just don't do it.

In addition to the typical markings for utility work, you may notice office staff placing bright pink flags, or third parties using paint to mark sidewalks and parking areas. Tenants may 🚫NOT🚫 move or remove these markings either. Doing so could result in lease violations and/or termination of your lease agreement.

Often confused with Mexican Independence Day (Día de la Independencia), the holiday is primarily celebrated in the United States and Puebla, Mexico. Día de la Independencia actually takes place in September, while cinco de mayo commemorates the Battle of Puebla (May 5, 1862), and focuses on cultural pride. If you didn't know before, now you do! 🥳

Join us at Our Table for a cinco de mayo 🪇fiesta🪇 tomorrow from 4:00-6:00! 💃🏾 (We aren't actually putting burritos in bowls and calling them burrito bowls. Custom clipart is just hard sometimes, y'all. 😅)
