Then at 3 PM, we'll practice the basics of making flower crowns using pipe cleaners (which are MUCH easier to learn the technique on).

Teens, it's your day! Join us to make DIY Journals out of brown paper bags at 4:30 PM.

🦕🥚🚐 WEDNESDAY:
It's a busy day at the library, starting with storytime at 10:30 AM and a dino-hatching experience at 11 AM. And don't miss the SEOLS Bookmobile's visit at 12:30 PM, because what's cooler than a library on wheels!?

🎨🖐️🪨 THURSDAY:
Channel your inner caveman and get messy at the library! We'll be making fingerpainting inspired by ancient cave art at 4:30 PM.

🎲✏️😄🖼️ FRIDAY:
It's time to practice your art skills, Kiowa, because we'll be playing a fun game of Guess the Drawing together at 2 PM! Right after, we'll make crowns out of pipe cleaners at 3 PM.

📚🍎 Join us for lunch at the McAlester Public Library this summer! 🍎📚

The McAlester Public Library is excited to partner with McAlester Public Schools and their Summer Food Service Program to help provide free lunches for children and teens ages 0–18 this summer!

Starting Tuesday May 26 through July 24, lunches will be served Monday through Friday from 11:45 AM to 12:05 PM at the library.

Come enjoy a meal, visit with friends, and spend part of your summer at the library. We look forward to seeing you there! 😊
