Hey Everyone! Sorry about the long delay with this update. We’ve been busy with demolition on the inside of the house, and we’re finalizing the floor plan now - ripping the walls out has been enlightening in terms of helping us rediscover how this beautiful old girl looked on the inside originally.

ONE WEEK AGO!

One week ago today, the renovations started!

This chimney had NOTHING under it. Completely hallow space. In order to level out the floor, putting concrete under the chimney was necessary. SO! We have a huge hole in the floor and a ton of concrete being poured!

The yard is getting worked on as I write this, and we are THRILLED!
Such a beautiful space, the transformation is going to be incredible.
