We will celebrate World Peace Day on September 21st. Our theme this year is "Peace Around The World"

Students are invited to dress up on this day in any way that shows peace or kindness.

For example, students might want to wear a graphic t-shirt about kindness or a retro 70's peace outfit.

It’s time to rally together for our SFE Sharkathon fundraiser! Our goal is to raise $35,000 for updated technology and classroom enhancements, which will enhance our school’s resources and provide our students with an even better educational experience.

To make things even more exciting, if we raise $35,000, we will have ice cream sundaes for all!!

Plus, Great Wolf Lodge is joining in the fun! When our school reaches our goal, every student earns a free Great Wolf Lodge waterpark day pass. Mr. Ortner's 3rd grade sharks are settling right into a great year of learning, exploring, sharing and thinking.

It is wonderful to see such a positive classroom culture form. Way to go sharks! We love to see you grow!

Has your shark told you about Beanstack yet? If not, ask them! Mrs. Goodman has been excitedly sharing this new reading tracking and challenge tool with classes as they come to the library.

Check out a few of the first sharks to log in and track their reading. This is going to be such a fun and motivating way to deepen the love of reading our sharks already have!

SFE Sharks, we invite you all to join in as we "GOLD, FIGHT, WIN" against childhood cancer.

This year our campus will wear our Gold, Fight, Win shirts and/or all things GOLD on September 10th along with Kingwood High School as they honor this couragous fight at their football game against Deer Park.

We are proud to be a part of Humble ISD to work together to make a difference in the world of pediatric cancer!
