I, Belinda Garza officially announce my candidacy for Kleberg County Justice of the Peace Precinct 1. Together with my extensive knowledge and experience, I will represent the constituents of Precinct 1 with trusted leadership, fairness, dedication and commitment. I am also a certified Paralegal with over 11 years of legal experience handling criminal, civil, family law and personal injury cases.

I am also a certified Mediator through the Dispute Resolutions Service handling various pre-litigation cases such as civil, family, and personal injury cases. I have over 5 years experience in Public Relations dealing with various non-profit organizations and natural disaster situations. In addition to my extensive Paralegal experience, I am currently employed with the Kleberg County Probation Department and have previously worked with the District Clerk's Office which have provided me with experience dealing with cases that are brought before the Justice of the Peace, Precinct 1. My goals are to work closely with the school system and educational programs to address truancy issues and the importance of education as well as working closely with law enforcement agencies and probation department to provide Precinct 1 with a community of dedication, integrity and fairness. I ask for your support and YOUR VOTE to become your new Justice of the Peace Precinct 1.
