Always Remember!

🇺🇸 We Remember. We Honor. We Will Never Forget.

Today, USS KINGSVILLE joins our Nation in solemn remembrance of the nearly 3,000 lives lost on September 11, 2001. We honor the victims, the first responders who ran toward danger, the families forever changed, and the generations of service members who answered our Nation’s call in the years that followed.

Twenty-five years later, their courage and sacrifice remain etched into the fabric of our Nation. As Sailors, we stand watch today with the same commitment to service, duty, and defense of the freedoms we hold dear.

May we always remember the unity, strength, and resilience demonstrated by the American people in the face of tragedy.

We remember September 11, 2001. We honor the fallen. We will never forget. 🇺🇸⚓️

Happy 64th birthday to the U.S. Naval Sea Cadet Corps! ⚓

Today, the Sea Cadets are marking their birthday with their annual Day of Giving, a one-day, all-in effort to create more opportunities for young people nationwide.

Support from the Day of Giving helps provide hands-on training, mentorship and leadership development that give Sea Cadets the chance to build confidence, develop new skills and experience the values of our sea services firsthand.

The Navy League is proud to celebrate the young people, volunteers and leaders who make the Sea Cadet experience possible.
