Stahl Manufacturing Modernization
Kingsville, MO

A long-standing leader in precision manufacturing is once again investing in its future—and in the future of its home in the Kingsville community.

After 80 years of operation, Stahl continues to push forward with significant upgrades at its Kingsville facility, reinforcing its commitment to innovation, growth, and local economic development. The latest round of investments focuses on advanced CNC (computer numerical control) technology, bringing millions of dollars in new equipment and capabilities to the shop floor.

Working in partnership with industry leaders Mazak, Hyundai WIA, and Toyoda through SMT Company and Concept machinery, Stahl is executing a multi-phase modernization plan designed to enhance efficiency, precision, and production capacity.

Among the key investments:
• A $2 million horizontal machining center (HMC) project currently underway
• A $1.5 million HMC project completed in the second quarter of 2025
• A $500,000 lathe project completed in the fourth quarter of 2025

These upgrades mark a major step forward in the company’s manufacturing capabilities, allowing Stahl to take on more complex work while delivering faster turnaround times and maintaining the high standards that have defined the business for generations.

“This is about continuing to build on what we’ve established over the past 80 years,” Stahl President Mark Fallen said. “We’re investing not just in machines, but in our people, our customers, and our community.”

The impact of these improvements extends well beyond the facility itself. Increased capacity and advanced technology position the Kingsville operation for future growth, which could bring new job opportunities and further strengthen the local economy.

As Stahl continues to evolve, its investment signals confidence in Kingsville’s role as a hub for advanced manufacturing. Stahl’s ongoing commitment ensures it remains a vital part of the community—honoring its legacy while embracing the future.

Just received the following message from Liberty Link:

Known Service Outage Update

We've discovered 2 blown breakers, power supplies fried, batteries and chargers charred, and our tower router won't boot. Appears to be a direct lightning hit. The assumption is almost all equipment will need replaced at the top and bottom of tower.

Time for restoration goal is currently 5:00pm. Will send additional updates as we can.
