Lauren Gregory from Assisted Living Locators will host a discussion on the next steps after discharge from a hospital. The goal is for you to learn more about your options, estimated costs, and common terminology so you can make informed decisions about your care plan. Lunch will be provided.
🚨 Tuesday, September 15 at 11 am - Join us for an important presentation from Kingston Fire & Emergency Management Deputy Chief Adam Hatch. Deputy Chief Hatch will discuss how to prepare for an emergency—including assembling an emergency kit, smoke detector maintenance, use of “refrigerator cards”, lock boxes, and more!
💃 Wednesday, September 16 at 11am - New fitness class! - Move & Groove Fitness. Get ready to move, smile, and feel great! Move & Groove is a fun, low-impact dance and fitness class designed specifically for older adults to improve their health while enjoying the music they love. Set to uplifting playlists featuring Oldies, Motown, and Classic Rock, you'll rediscover the joy of movement while building confidence and supporting your overall well-being. This is a free-introductory class, and after this, it becomes a regular weekly class for $5.

💉 8:30 – 11:30 am, Kingston Health Department in conjunction with CVS Pharmacy, will be holding a vaccine clinic at the Senior Center. Registration is available through the town website: www.kingstonma.gov
💲10 am - Massachusetts Unclaimed Property Division will be here to help you find out if your name is on the list of unclaimed property in Massachusetts. Meet with representatives from the Commonwealth to see if you’re on the list and learn how to claim it!
🎨 1 pm - Watercolor Painting - Instructor Patricia Rose will guide you along to paint a unique fall watercolor painting! All levels of talent are welcome. Class is $3, and all materials are included.
📺 Friday, September 18 at 12:30 pm - Kevin Richman of Game Shows To Go is back! Kevin brings the excitement of a “live” TV-like game show to many senior centers across Massachusetts. Come test your knowledge, have some laughs, and win some prizes!
